At Fast Flowers we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products and services, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify us as soon as you can to report any product or service issues. We guarantee our arrangements will last approximately 5 days with appropriate care. We recommend watering all arrangement types, cutting the stems of flowers from bouquets on an angle before arranging in a vase and changing the water in the vase every two days to extend the life of your arrangement. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. Please remember that flowers are a natural and perishable product and as such, may be affected by both indoor and outdoor environmental factors, seasonal availability and variations in colour, shape and size. Please ensure that you contact us with any concerns relating to your order as soon as possible. |

Resolutions - Resends and Refunds |

We aim to provide the most beautiful flowers every single time you order with us! Our talented florists always strive to ensure your arrangement is made using beautiful fresh flowers so that they closely resemble our advertised products. In the event that your arrangement is not to the high standard that we usually provide, please contact us at your earliest convenience as we have a variety of resolutions available and we would like to ensure that you receive the one most appropriate for you. Some of our alternative options include: Please be aware that the availability of these resolutions will vary based on the circumstances of your individual order. In the event that you receive a partial/full refund, these funds will be returned to the same account that you used to place the order. PayPal payments will be refunded directly through PayPal. It can take between 2-3 business days for your bank to finalise this and make the funds available for you to use. |

Delivery |

Fast Flowers offers standard delivery of flower arrangements throughout Australia for a fee of $19.95. We guarantee that your product will be delivered on the requested day by 5pm to business addresses and 6pm to residential addresses. We also guarantee any purchased timed delivery services. Timed delivery preferences that are not purchased cannot be guaranteed. Please note these times may change for special events such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Delivery surcharges may apply for special event delivery days such as Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check their invoice and confirm the name and address details of the recipient are complete and correct and ensure that the recipient will be in attendance at the address at the time of delivery. Items that contain alcohol cannot be left at a delivery location if a person over the age of 18 is unavailable to receive the order (e.g. The order cannot be left at the front door if nobody is home). Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. |

We offer standard delivery for floral arrangements Australia-wide for a fee of $19.95. Our prices on the website are all for the floral arrangements only and delivery charges are extra. Time Specific Deliveries |

If you need your order to arrive earlier than our standard delivery times, we offer express delivery options to most metropolitan areas. Express deliveries are guaranteed to arrive anytime up to the time on the purchased express delivery. We do not offer or guarantee any other requests for preferred times of delivery. If the flowers are for a timed event (for example, a funeral), we recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 FAST FLOWERS (1300 327 835) to make specific arrangements. |

Exceptions to Same Day Delivery |

If a delivery is unsuccessful on a requested day, Fast Flowers will advise the sender of this and make arrangements for a suitable redelivery day and payment of redelivery fee. Fast Flowers is not responsible for the non-delivery of orders for reasons beyond our control. This would include, but is not limited to the following situations: There is nobody present at the address provided and the delivery agent decides there is a danger of theft or damage to the product; the address provided for the recipient is incorrect or incomplete; no one with the recipient's name is present at the address provided; or there is no contact number or an incorrect or invalid number provided. |

If No One is at Home at the Time of Delivery |

Fast Flowers will make every effort to contact the person ordering flowers or the recipient where we are having difficulty in delivering the flowers. If an order requires more than one attempt at delivery for any reason, a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure that all of the contact details provided are correct. |
