How do you know if the florist has the flowers?

   
   

Fast Flowers has specifically designed all our floral products according to availability and seasonality. This means that florists across Australia can all access and provide our designs on a day to day basis (subject to no out of the ordinary circumstances).

   
   

Is what you see online what you get?

   
   

Every product you see online has a specific ingredient list which details everything from the number of flowers, what style of arrangement and even what type of foliage is to be used. The products you see online have been designed by our florists and depict the exact amount of flowers in these ingredient lists. There will be minor variances in the arrangements we deliver although we do aim to deliver the arrangement as close to the one you see pictured.

   
   

How do you know where the flowers are coming from?

   
   

Fast Flowers has hand-picked designated and accredited florists who have agreed to deliver to certain areas across Australia and New Zealand. That way when the suburb is selected, our system automatically recognises which florist services that area. This differs from other flower delivery companies who simply gather as many florists as possible in an area without knowing who they are, what they stock and what quality they assure. Our difference is that we know all of our florists in our network personally and we have strategically picked the best floral wholesalers and florists who cover a large area Australia and New Zealand wide.

   
   

What happens if nobody is home (residential deliveries)?

   
   

First and foremost Fast Flowers will always try our hardest to ensure your delivery makes it directly into the hands of the desired recipient. If there is no answer at the door, the courier will endeavor to leave the flowers in a place that is as shady, secluded and sheltered as possible. If this isn't the case, your order will be taken back to the florist and we will contact you to organise alternate arrangements. Orders that include alcohol cannot be left at the delivery location unless an individual over the age of 18 is there to accept the order.

   
   

When will my flowers arrive?

   
   

Guaranteed delivery time is by 5.00pm to business addresses and 7.00pm to residential addresses for your requested delivery day for almost everywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

   
   

Am I able to choose the colours and flowers in my arrangement?

   
   

All of our arrangements pictured on our website have been specifically priced in regards to the stem count of the arrangement. Due to this we are unable to change what is in the arrangement. However, if a flower is unavailable we will ask the customer if they would like a substitution which will equal the price of the original flower. Colour choice can be requested also, although florists typically buy the colours that are on the website. Therefore, if the requested colours are not available, the arrangement will default back to the original colour scheme.

   
   

Delivery Information -

   
   

The delivery fee is $19.95 for 90% of delivery locations across Australia and New Zealand. Some remote locations may incur an additional $5 delivery fee.

   
   

Where do you deliver?

   
   

We deliver nationally in Australia and in New Zealand. If you would like to check whether we deliver to your desired location, start an order and the form will tell you if we cannot deliver to your location.

   
   

What days of the week do you deliver?

   
   

We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries only occur on Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

   
   

Can I get my order delivered today?

   
   

Yes. Fast Flowers offers same day delivery if you place your order before 2pm on weekdays or 10am on a Saturday. This is based on the local time in the region the flowers will be delivered.

   
   

Can I specify a delivery time?

   
   

At this point, our standard delivery does not offer a specified delivery time. We can only guarantee delivery by 5pm to businesses and 6pm to residential addresses.

If you are ordering for a funeral, please contact our customer service centre for specific delivery requests.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order or it was not received?

   
   

Fast Flowers is dedicated to providing you with quality delivered flowers. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers the Fast Flowers team would like to know. We ask that you take a few photographs of the arrangement from different angles and email them to customerservice@fastflowers.com.au. Please do not forget to include your full name and reference number with the images so that we can investigate the issue on your behalf.

   
   

Can I cancel my order?

   
   

You can cancel your order with 24 hours notice by contacting our customer service centre. The amount of your order will then be refunded on your credit card.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery may incur wastage fees.

How do I pay for my order?

   
   

We accept the major credit cards of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club, and PayPal. We cannot accept payment in the form of cheques, bank transfers or cash.

   
   

Is it safe to shop at Fast Flowers?

   
   

Fast Flowers uses encryption technology to protect your transaction and credit card details. This technology encrypts your order details, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read while it is transmitted over the internet.
